During the weaving phase born all the types and draws of the socks. Around the rotating cylinder there are all needles that stretch out the wire and create the knitted fabric. There are different zones, some more transparent, some more opaque. Spiral opened tight tubes come out white with horizontal rows more or less visible that stands for different zones: top, leg or toe.

Seam
Single pieces are stitched each other carefully following the production cycles. The seam department has latest generation robots, with automatic switch, that permits the panty hose assembly with or without gusset, with positioning device and toe closer, guaranteeing the cost-containment, especially with high-circulation item.
From white to color
Dyeing plant
The assembled tight tube, hold in specific polyester sacks, are colored and treated with fabric softener to get a soft tissue. Every production materials are carefully checked.

Ironing and fixing
This phase is very important for the aspect, shape and features of the elasticity and panty hose recover. During the stretching process of the raw nylon wire on the bobbin, are added additive and specific treatment of different panty hose, to get them flat and thin. The product still humid starts the fixing process. This is a heat treatment via steam, executed on the panty hose stretched on metallic leg shapes. In this way it get the final result, stretched and stabilized.
